Shipping & Delivery ● Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. ● Delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your location. ● We use trusted 3rd-party courier partners but do not guarantee their service. ● Shipping charges are as per our Shipping Policy. 6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Return and refund requests must follow our official Return & Refund Policy.
Key conditions: ● Return request within 2 days of delivery. ● Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. ● Unboxing video is mandatory for damage/missing item claims. ● Refunds for COD orders are issued as Credit Notes only(When Applicable,Currently COD is not available). ● Some items are non-returnable (rollers, Gua Sha, discounted items, festive sale items). 7. Cancellation of Orders ● Orders can be cancelled before shipping by email at depikka.divinegrace@gmail.com. ● If already shipped, cancellation is only possible by refusing delivery. ● Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
