These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your participation in the meditation sessions, healing practices, workshops, and spiritual programs (“Services”) offered by Divine Grace Crystals & Healing Center (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By registering for or attending any of our Services, you agree to the following:
1. Nature of Services
Our meditation sessions, healing practices, and spiritual guidance are intended to support emotional balance, relaxation, and personal growth. They are not a substitute for medical advice, psychiatric treatment, or professional therapy. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical or psychological concerns.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to participate. Minors may join only with parental or guardian supervision.
3. Personal Responsibility
By attending any session, you acknowledge that: • You are participating voluntarily. • You are responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after the session. • You will practice within your comfort level and stop if you feel discomfort.
We are not responsible for any harm, discomfort, or adverse effects that may arise from participation.
4. No Guarantees
While many people experience positive results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes related to health, finances, relationships, or wellbeing.
5. Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of participants, and any personal information shared in sessions will remain confidential. However, we are not responsible for information voluntarily shared by participants in group settings.
6. Payment & Refunds
• All fees must be paid prior to joining the meditation service. • Fees for meditations, classes, workshops, or memberships are non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. • Missed classes cannot be compensated unless stated as part of the program.
7. Use of Recordings
Some sessions may be recorded for the benefit of members. By participating, you consent to audio/video being recorded for internal use. Your face or name will not be publicly shared without your permission. Recordings are for paid members only; sharing, copying, or distributing is strictly prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
All content—including meditations, techniques, audios, videos, guides, and course material—belongs to Divine Grace Crystals & Healing Center. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
9. Behaviour & Conduct
Participants agree to maintain a respectful environment. We reserve the right to remove anyone from a session or group for: • disruptive behaviour • misuse of platform or group • spamming, promotions, or inappropriate comments
No refunds will be provided in such cases.
10. Limitation of Liability
By using our Services, you agree that Divine Grace Crystals & Healing Center and Depikka Bhatia are not liable for: • injuries or health issues • emotional responses • loss of income, data, or any indirect damages
Participation is entirely at your own risk.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
